ACEH GAYO, SUMATRA (250g)

  • Varietas: Gayo 1 & Gayo 2.
  • Process: Semi washed.
  • Heights: 1500 – 1700 Mdpl.
  • Profile Roast: Medium.
  • Species: Arabica.
  • Taste: Tropical Fruits, Green Apple, and Caramel lead in to Bright Acidity.

IJEN, JAVA (250g)

  • Varietas: S – 795.
  • Process: Washed.
  • Heights: 1300 – 1500 Mdpl.
  • Profile Roast: Medium.
  • Species: Arabica.
  • Taste: Nutty and Brown Sugar Aroma, Sweet Ginger, Medium Acidity Orange Peel After Taste.

KINTAMANI, BALI (250g)

  • Varietas: S – 795.
  • Process: Washed.
  • Heights: 1200 Mdpl.
  • Profile Roast: Medium.
  • Species: Arabica.
  • Taste: Sweet Cirtus and Chocolate, Caramel with a Long After Taste.

  • Taste: Orange, Chocolaty, Nutty, Medium Acidity Smooth and Clean After Taste with Nutty and Caramel Aroma.

  • Varietas: Ateng Super.
  • Process: Washed.
  • Heights: 1300 – 1450 Mdpl.

  • Species: Arabica.
  • Taste: Medium Acidity, Heavy Body, Good Aroma, Chocolate Taste, with a Hint of Tobacco and Complex After Taste Note.

”Relaxing cafe in front of the police officers at Ubud and Delta dewata supermarket, if you stuck in a traffic jam nearby traffic light here- I recommend you stop by. They have excellent coffee, nice service, and jazzy cool atmosphere there too cause they played jazz music that makes cafe like a little oasis in hot day Ubud, they also have vintage decoration and makes this place so “instagramable” if you stay at Ubud or waiting for your partner shopping at Supermarket, this place could be an oasis for your soul “hygge”.
